Also, winding windows down unsupervised is a no no as is leaving your lodgings alone and walking outside what is generally regarded as safe space. Lions can gulp down quite a bit of food as you could imagine. Did you know, a male lion can eat up to 45kgs in one sitting. That's a small person! However, averaged out over time and because lions don't eat everyday, the average intake works out to about 8kgs a day
While lions in the wild are dwindling, there are several programs in the world dedicated to preserving this magnificent animal in all it's finery.
